Background: Fatigue is one of the most common chronic symptoms experienced by adolescents with thalassemia major as a consequence of the disease and routine blood transfusions. This condition negatively affects quality of life, daily activities, and psychological well-being. Benson relaxation technique, as a non-pharmacological intervention, has the potential to reduce fatigue by lowering stress and anxiety while promoting relaxation.Purpose: To examine the effectiveness of Benson relaxation technique in reducing fatigue among adolescents with thalassemia undergoing blood transfusion. Methods: A quasi-experimental design with a pre-post test control group approach was employed. The sample consisted of 30 adolescents (15 in the intervention group and 15 in the control group) selected through purposive sampling. The intervention group practiced Benson relaxation twice a week for four weeks (15–20 minutes), while the control group received standard care. Fatigue levels were measured using the Visual Analogue Scale for Fatigue (VAS-F). Data were analyzed using paired t-test and General Linear Model Repeated Measure (GLM-RM).Results: A significant difference was found in fatigue scores before and after the intervention in the treatment group (p<0.05), as well as between the intervention and control groups. GLM-RM analysis demonstrated that Benson relaxation technique effectively reduced fatigue consistently up to the fourth week. Conclusion: Benson relaxation technique is proven to be effective in reducing fatigue among adolescents with thalassemia undergoing blood transfusion. Keywords: Adolescents; Benson Relaxation Technique; Blood Transfusion; Fatigue; Thalassemia. Kelompok intervensi menjalani teknik relaksasi Benson dua kali seminggu selama empat minggu (15–20 menit), sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya memperoleh perawatan standar. Tingkat fatigue diukur menggunakan Visual Analogue Scale for Fatigue (VAS-F).
