This study aims to provide a basis for enterprises to formulate scientific and reasonable financing strategies; to prompt enterprises to improve information disclosure, reduce information asymmetry, and enhance the stability and effectiveness of the financial market; and to guide enterprises to assume social responsibility and realize the synergistic development of economic and social benefits, so as to promote the sustainable development of the economic system.
