Eviews-Based Causality Analysis of Nanjing's Tourism Growth
Leveraging 2006–2022 time-series data, this research constructs an Eviews-based multiple regression model to examine determinants of tourism economic development in Nanjing, China. Methodologically rigorous model specification tests and econometric refinements confirm domestic tourist arrivals (β=0.82, p<0.01) and urban disposable income (β=0.67, p<0.05) as significant drivers of tourism revenue growth. These findings suggest policymakers should prioritize domestic market expansion and income enhancement initiatives to maximize Nanjing's tourism potential.
