High-precision reconstruction of complex discontinuous specular in PMD based on parallel single-pixel
Phase measurement deflectometry (PMD) is widely used for specular surface measurement. However, when measuring specular discontinuities, mixed reflections cause errors in phase extraction, leading to inaccurate slopes. This paper introduces a technology of parallel single-pixel imaging(PSI) to achieve high-precision reconstruction of complex and discontinuous specular surfaces. First, we use PSI to separate the mixed reflected light and select the main components to calculate the slope. Then, an integration method based on radial basis functions(RBF) is employed to reconstruct 3D surface shapes, thereby reducing error propagation and preserving more details. The experimental results demonstrate that PSI effectively separates mixed reflections, achieving micron-level measurements of complex and discontinuous specular surfaces.
