PENGARUH MODAL, JUMLAH TENAGA KERJA, TERHADAP NILAI PRODUKSI PADA SENTRA INDUSTRI TAHU DESA SUMBERMULYO KECAMATAN JOGOROTO KABUPATEN JOMBANG

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of capital and labor on the production value of the tofu industry center in Sumbermulyo Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency, as well as to examine which variables have the most significant effect on production value. This study employs a quantitative descriptive approach using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data used are primary data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 30 tofu industry business operators. The variables used in this study include the dependent variable, which is production value, and the independent variables, which are capital and labor force size. According to the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, both capital and labor force size have a positive and significant influence on production value, as indicated by significance values of 0.001 and 0.002 < 0.05, respectively. The most dominant variable influencing production value is capital, with a regression coefficient of 0.748. This result indicates that an increase in capital contributes more significantly to the increase in production value than the number of workers.
