Producción Ecológica de Hongos Ostra (Pleurotus Ostreatus) usando como Sustrato Residuos Ricos en Lignina con fines de Comercialización

The use of organic solid waste allows for sustainable production, avoiding the generation of waste and therefore pollution, seeking to integrate natural resources. In the present research project, the suitable substrates and the yield of the cultivation of fungi (Pleurotus ostreatus) were evaluated, using residues rich in lignin. The sawdust substrate, in comparison with the other substrates, was the one that presented the best growth of the mycelium of the Pleurotus ostreatus fungus, with a collinization at 20 days and an average of 35 experimental unit primordia evaluated, and an average fresh weight of 780 gr., considering a suitable and profitable substrate for the cultivation of the Pleurotus ostreatus fungus., it could be indicated that the percentage of total carbon that a substrate possesses is directly proportional to the yield of edible mushrooms that is desired to be obtained.
