A case report of renal pathological changes of PGNMID before and after management
Key clinical message Provides rare histological evidence (reduced deposits on repeat biopsy) of treatment efficacy targeting the pathogenic monoclonal deposit in PGNMID. Demonstrates the clinical utility of a modified, lower-frequency BD regimen, achieving significant renal benefit while potentially reducing toxicity risks. Underscores the value of repeat renal biopsy in assessing true pathological response to therapy beyond clinical parameters, revealing subclinical deposit regression.
