The Development of a Medical Question-answering System Based on Deep Learning

Question Answering (QA) systems, a hot research topic in artificial intelligence and natural language processing, aim to provide accurate and reliable answers in natural language. The paper explains the definition, development, key technologies of QA systems, and delves into their application in the medical field. The paper also designs and implements a medical question-answering system based on deep learning. By comprehensively adopting both retrieval and generative methods, a medical knowledge base is constructed using web crawler technology and manual review methods, and an answer generation model is constructed using the Seq2Seq algorithm. The medical question-answering system based on deep learning realizes the combination of deep learning technology and the medical industry, promoting the development of medical informatization.
