Multimodal Shielding Strategy for RE102 Radiation Suppression in Aerospace Isolated Drive Systems
The electric field radiation emission intensity (RE102) is a critical assessment indicator in the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing process for space-ground integrated communication systems. The strength of radiation emissions from electrical product isolation drivers directly impacts the success of communication, thereby affecting the outcome of the entire mission. To address this, a multi-modal analysis of electric field radiation emissions was conducted, employing a key technology to effectively reduce emission intensity. Automated analysis of EMC test data before and after implementing this key technology confirmed that the multi-modal theoretical framework aligns with experimental results, demonstrating that shielding measures significantly reduced radiation emission levels. Through engineering applications, the system’s radiation emission requirements were successfully met.
