Optimized Transformation Matrix Calibration of Tracking-Based Optical Measurement System
We propose a calibration and optimization method for determining the accurate transformation matrix of the combined tracking-based optical measurement system. A calibration model based on multi-pose coupling and multiple fixed points is established. The corresponding solving methods are presented. Then, the optimization of the transformation matrix based on the locating uncertainty is studied. The experimental results show that the average calibration error under multiple poses is 0.1153 mm, and the calibration accuracy is improved by about 18%-19%. The global data registration results are more accurate and smoother.
