The questionnaires were conducted on a group of seniors. On the one hand, the data obtained from the questionnaires (from users) gave a unique overview of the strengths and weaknesses of popular applications and allowed to evaluate usefulness and effectiveness of selected applications. On the other hand, the data obtained (from non-users) highlighted the main barriers: technological, ethical, social, or connected to security.
