Study of Livestock Maintenance and Leasing Cooperation Agreements in the Perspective of Fiqh al-Mu’amalah
Cooperation in which the object is livestock as capital that is maintained and developed to gain profit from livestock, but the animals are used as rental objects without any agreement. This study examines how each agreement/agreement occurs and how livestock that is maintained as an animal by a farmer's assistant in plowing is utilized for its energy. This study was conducted in Nagari Tanjung Baru, Tanah Datar Regency, with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted by the author, the author concludes that cooperation in the agreement on livestock is categorized as syirkah 'inan. Furthermore, the taking of livestock rent is outside the cooperation agreement. This is because the use of livestock is a reward received by the keeper for his responsibility for the livestock he is raising. In addition, in its implementation, this profit-taking does not cause disputes with the owner.
