Spatially Resolved Molecular Investigation of Perineural Invasion in Lacrimal Gland Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma
This study provides novel insights into the complex tumor microenvironment of LGACC PNI, uncovering mechanisms that may drive PNI and treatment resistance. The identification of p75NTR as a potential mediator of neurotropism underscores its relevance as both a therapeutic target and biomarker for PNI in LGACC. Elucidating these molecular factors is critical for developing targeted therapeutics to improve outcomes for patients with this aggressive malignancy.
