We must ensure that our personal information and lives are safe and secure, even as we embraces new advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI). Right to privacy is one of the most important fundamental human rights which are protected by numerous national and international conventions. Meanwhile, Artificial Intelligence has emerged as a super-intelligent mechanism that can quickly solve complex problems and find solutions. It is in form of machine that can think and act like humans.......................................Through this paper, the researcher will try to examine the conflict between privacy rights and Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly in data collection, surveillance and Deepfake tech. As AI increasingly integrates into our lives, finding a balance that protects privacy while embracing innovation is imperative.

Abstract

Technology and innovations are paramount for a country's growth, but it's also decisive to safeguard individuals' rights to privacy.
