Preferensi dan Kepuasan Pasien terhadap Easyhaler: Implikasi Klinis dari Tinjauan Literatur

Effective inhalation therapy depends not only on drug efficacy but also on the suitability of the inhaler device. Easyhaler®, a dry powder inhaler, has been developed to provide a user-friendly and convenient option for patients with asthma and COPD. This integrative review, based on studies published between 2015 and 2025, examined patient preference, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes related to Easyhaler® use. The findings consistently demonstrate improved preference and satisfaction among patients. Alvarez-Gutiérrez et al. (2021) reported that 38% of patients favored Easyhaler, while Galffy et al. (2019) and Rytilä et al. (2019) showed significant benefits in symptom control and quality of life. High compliance was highlighted by Heikkilä et al. (2022), and Tamási et al. (2024) confirmed dose stability even at low inspiratory flow. Lavorini et al. (2021) emphasized the favorable design, while Sandler et al. (2015) noted 16.8% of patients chose Easyhaler over other devices. Overall, Easyhaler® improves adherence, symptom control, and quality of life through its ergonomic design, ease of use, and stable dosing. Further research is warranted to evaluate its applicability in special populations, such as children and patients experiencing acute bronchoconstriction.
