The genome sequence of the Grey-patched Mining Bee, Andrena nitida (Müller, 1776) (Hymenoptera: Andrenidae)
<ns3:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual female <ns3:italic>Andrena nitida</ns3:italic> (Grey-patched Mining Bee; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Andrenidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 341.15 megabases. Most of the assembly (86.71%) is scaffolded into 4 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 20.41 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland. </ns3:p>
