Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada UMKM Budidaya Jamur Restu Bunda

Abstract Background – Human resources play a strategic role in supporting the success of SMEs. In mushroom-based SMEs, employee productivity is influenced by multiple internal factors, especially motivation and work environment. This study highlights the strategic importance of optimizing these factors to improve productivity in mushroom cultivation SMEs in Malang Regency. Objective – Analyzing the influence of motivation and work environment in improving employee productivity at Restu Bunda Mushroom Cultivation SME. Design / Methodology / Approach – This study uses a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique involving 57 employees. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. Findings – The results indicate that both work motivation and the work environment significantly influence employee productivity. These findings underscore the necessity for SMEs to enhance intrinsic motivation through recognition and career development, as well as to create supportive physical and psychological work environments to sustain workforce performance. Research Implication – These findings emphasize the strategic role of internal human resource factors in driving productivity improvement among SME workers. Limitations – This study is limited to one mushroom-based SME in Malang Regency and only examines two independent variables. Keyword: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Productivity, MSMEs
