Encondromatosis Multiple: Reporte de un Caso
Multiple enchondromatosis, also referred to as Ollier’s disease, is a rare benign bone disorder characterized by the development of multiple enchondromas in the metaphyseal region of long bones. We report the case of an adolescent presenting with expansile and lytic lesions in the knee, tibia, and elbow, identified through conventional radiological studies. The clinical significance lies in its potential for malignant transformation into chondrosarcoma, highlighting the need for close imaging follow-up.
