Millî Eğitim Akademisi, eğitim yönetimi lisansüstü programları için tehdit mi fırsat mı?
This article examines the structural rupture and transformation needs of educational administration (EA) graduate programs following the implementation of the Teaching Profession Law and the establishment of the National Education Academy (NEA). It argues for the redefinition of school leadership as a professional specialization and proposes a clear division of roles among universities, NEA, and civil society. Through a framework of competencies, educational dilemmas, and teaching-learning practices, the paper offers a comprehensive model for training school principals—emphasizing that the current crisis can be turned into a collective opportunity for renewal.
