Hardware and Software Complex with Fiber-optic Sensors for the Technical Condition of Extended Objects Monitoring Research Results

The main purpose of the work is the use of single-mode optical fiber (OF) of the G.652 type for monitoring the technical condition of long-distance objects, including monolithic reinforced concrete foundations. Optical fiber is used as both a sensor and a system to transmit real-time measurement data. The hypothesis is that the optical fiber is placed directly inside an extended object or a monolithic reinforced concrete building structure, for example, a foundation, or is fixed on its surface. When the stress-strain state (SSS) changes, stress concentrators appear, which create emergency danger zones of destruction, where cracks are formed. Experimental studies have been carried out, the results of which have obtained the dependencies of changes in the parameters of the light wave on the degree of mechanical bending of the optical fiber
