PENGARUH LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITAS DAN EFISIENSI TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI DASAR DAN KIMIA YANG TERDAFTAR DALAM BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2021-2024

This study is a quantitative study that aims to explore the effect of Leverage, Profitability, and Efficiency on Stock Prices in basic and chemical industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021-2024 period. The research sample consisted of 13 basic and chemical industry sector companies, with secondary data collected from annual financial reports and stock prices. The independent variables used are Leverage (measured by the DER Ratio), Profitability (measured by ROA), and Efficiency (measured by TATO), while the dependent variable is Stock Price (measured by the Closing Price at the end of trading on the stock exchange). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics, panel data regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the study show that partially Leverage (DER) is indicated by a probability value of around 0.4586, which is greater than the significance level of 0.05 and Profitability (ROA) does not have a significant effect on Stock Prices, this is indicated by a probability value of 0.4084, which is greater than the significance level of 0.05. However, Efficiency (TATO) is proven to have a significant effect on Stock Prices, this is indicated by its probability value of 0.0036, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05.
