19. Yy.’da Sanatta Modernleşme Hareketleri
Modern art has created a new form of expression by going beyond traditional aesthetic understandings. Although it is seen as contradictory by those who prefer to remain attached to the past, it is inevitable that art will evolve over time. Throughout history, every new art movement has initially been met with a reaction, but has been accepted over time. This situation is also observed by the works of Picasso, one of the leading names in modern art, being considered classics. Modern painting can be perceived as a dissolution of the results obtained by the Renaissance. However, in order to understand the reasons behind modern art, it is necessary to examine the social, political, cultural and philosophical developments, especially in the 19th century. Industrial changes in Europe affected the direction of art, and artists could not remain indifferent to this transformation. The social and individual factors that motivated artists naturally shaped the development of modern art. During this process, artists turned to their inner worlds, created a personal perspective, and expressed their art in new and diverse forms through subconscious elements. Modern art is not only an artistic revolution, but also a strong reflection of the internal dynamics of society.
