On-Demand Service Web Application
Finding reliable housekeeping services can be challenging, often relying on limited local contacts. This paper presents an on-demand service application designed to streamline service discovery and booking. Customers can browse available services and submit a service request, which is sent to nearby workers. Workers can then accept or decline based on their availability, with the first to accept being assigned the job. Payments are processed securely within the application, and customers can rate and review the service provider upon completion. This system ensures efficient service allocation, enhances worker engagement, and maintains service quality through a structured feedback mechanism.
