Modernizing Telecom Billing and Provisioning Systems: A Strategic Framework for Customer-Centric Transformation

The article uses the methods and means to assessment of how telecom billing and provisions systems can be refined to improve organization customer experience and efficiency. Our unit has identified four material areas that required enhancement including Portal redesigning, the reliability of the payment engine, the strategies to refine the provisioning process, and billing system scales. The integration system was evaluated against the content editing framework under various conditions, including high user concurrency, active transaction loads, and real-time information delivery. These findings reveal that; the re-designing of MyAccount portal using a modular content management system (CQ5), led to a reduction of the average per page load time by half and portal refresh rate by a full 300 percent together with an increase by 34 times the rate of customers interaction through this portal. The RBAC in addition to the twofactor authentication (2FA) have equally increased the security of the payment transactions by 77 and 82 percent respectively. One issue observed was that event-driven provisioning operated more slowly than before. However, it still reduced porting time by four hours.Additionally, event-driven dependency management decreased dependability errors by 75 percent, thanks to a 3.75x increase in automated dependency validation.Implementing modular billing engines is expected to eliminate 82 percent of billing-related errors.Additionally, 70 percent of the data previously scheduled for allocation during billing cycles will be streamlined.Overall, billing errors per 1,000 users are projected to drop by 73 percent.Modernization guaranteed effectiveness of
