SAĞLIK KURUMLARINDA DEPO YÖNETİMİNİN DİJİTALLEŞMESİ BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR İNCELEME
This study examines the academic literature on digitalization of warehouse management in healthcare institutions using the bibliometric method. 226 articles published between 2005 and 2025 in the Scopus database were analyzed; the distribution of publications by year, country, author, institution, and subject area was evaluated. Keyword co-occurrences, citation relationships, and co-authorship networks were visualized using the VOSviewer software. The findings show that the subject of digital warehouse management has an interdisciplinary structure and that there has been a significant increase in academic interest, especially in the post-pandemic period. It was determined that the United States has the most publications on the research topic and Bob Kehoe (5 publications), and among the authors with cross-citation relationships, the most cited authors with 45 citations are Lambiase Alfredo, Miranda Salvatore, Riemma Stefano, Sarno Debora, and Iannone Raffaele. While the United States has the most publications, the disciplines that have contributed the most are medicine, computer science, and engineering. Keyword analyses reveal that themes such as inventory management, automation, patient safety, and supply chain are prominent. As a result, digital technologies increase the efficiency of warehouse processes in healthcare institutions, optimize resource use, and contribute to service quality. In the future, more comprehensive studies involving different databases will make significant contributions to the literature and practice.
