Some aspects of accounting for state support of Agricultural Enterprises
In today’s economic conditions, organizations in the agro-industrial sector are forced to operate in a highly competitive environment with disparities in agricultural product prices. The executive branch is taking measures to provide government support for the activities of agro-industrial organizations, but there are certain challenges in this area. The Russian government, relevant government agencies, including sectoral agencies, and economic entities in the agro-industrial complex have a mutual interest in providing pragmatic and targeted budgetary subsidies for agriculture, which aims to both support and develop the industry [9]. In the field of accounting and information support, the problems are related to the difficulty of correctly reflecting subsidies, grants, and compensations in accordance with the requirements of standards and their impact on the cost of production. This article explores the complex issues related to the correct accounting and management of state subsidies and grants in agricultural enterprises. It analyzes the methodological, regulatory, and practical challenges of recognizing, evaluating, distributing, and reflecting these subsidies. Special attention is paid to the impact of these difficulties on the formation of reliable cost of agricultural products, which leads to distortion of financial results, inefficient cost management and makes it difficult to make informed economic decisions both at the enterprise level and at the macroeconomic level. Directions are proposed for improving the accounting methodology and increasing the transparency of financial reporting in the agricultural sector.
