Development of state grant support for rural territories

The article is devoted to a quantitative assessment of the current state of development of rural areas of the Russian Federation with an agricultural specialization. The factors of growth of the socio-economic development of rural areas are identified, based on which recommendations are developed for the creation of communities and initiatives aimed at the development of rural areas, through the use of grant support from the state. It was found that, compared to 2010, the indicator of abandoned rural settlements by 2021 increased by 29,4 % or by 5,6 thousand. The low prestige of life in the village lead to problems with attracting young people. The presented model of network partnership will be a factor in the development of social initiatives and will allow for building interaction based on the continuity and integration of levels and stages of network partnership, consisting of an indicative stage of choosing the direction of development of rural areas, a justified choice of the direction of the grant application, taking into account the capabilities and needs of rural residents, an justified choice of partners for further interaction through the network interaction of participants.
