ANİMASYONUN İZİNDE 12. ULUSLARARASI CANLANDIRANLAR FİLM FESTİVALİ

The Canlandıranlar International Film Festival has been organized by the Animators Association since 2013 and aims to support the art of animation in both national and international contexts. In addition to presenting selections from prestigious festivals around the world to Turkish audiences, the festival also includes works produced in Turkey in its program. Beyond film screenings, the festival hosts a wide range of events such as panels, workshops, discussions, and masterclasses. This paper discusses the 12th edition of the Canlandıranlar International Film Festival, which took place in 2024, providing details about the festival's current iteration, its programming, and its impact. Through film screenings at prominent cultural venues, industry meetups, and portfolio presentations, the festival reaches a broad audience. The festival continues to serve as a platform where animation functions as both an art form and a space for production and discussion.
