Regarding access to healthcare services, lack of social support (OR = 0.566, p = 0.001), income level (OR = 0.743, p < 0.001), and geographical region (OR = 1.066, p < 0.001) emerged as important factors. In terms of access to medical care due to financial difficulties, income level (OR = 0.573, p < 0.001), general health status (OR = 0.613, p < 0.001), and disability status (OR = 2.595, p < 0.001) were prominent. Conclusion: The findings indicate that structural and socioeconomic factors are key determinants in the elderly population’s access to and utilization of healthcare services.
