YENİ NESİL GİRİŞİM FİNANSMANI: AZERBAYCAN'DA KİTLESEL FONLAMA SİSTEMİNE YÖNELİK BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

With the acceleration of digitalization, alternative financing models have come to the forefront in areas where traditional financing methods fall short. In this context, crowdfunding has become an important source of funding for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and creative projects. Crowdfunding enables the collection of small amounts of funding from a large audience over the internet, without the need for intermediary institutions. This study examines the main types of crowdfunding (donation-based, reward-based, debt-based, and equity-based) in detail and compares them with traditional financing sources. Furthermore, successful global practices and the key factors behind their success are evaluated. The current state of crowdfunding activities in Azerbaijan is analyzed through local platforms such as “Toxum.org” and “EnterpriseAzerbaijan.” The article emphasizes the importance of legal regulations, public awareness, and strengthening of digital infrastructure for the development of crowdfunding in Azerbaijan
