Participation of business in personnel training at the stage of their education in educational organizations

Russian business suffers from a shortage of personnel. In this regard, there are problems related to staff starvation. Accordingly, business leaders are waiting for qualified specialists in one or another sphere for realization of tasks and goals of business. As a consequence, business leaders cooperate with educational institutions to attract students to work. In this interaction mutually beneficial relations between educational institutions and Russian business are realized.
