Verification of High School Students' Adoption Intention of the NEIS+ Service Using SSTQUAL-Based Service Quality

This study aims to explore ways to enhance the adoption of NICE+, a digital platform developed by expanding the 4th-generation NEIS currently used in Korean educational institutions, by verifying high school students’ intention to use the service based on a survey of 767 students from two pilot schools with experience using NICE+, utilizing the SSTQUAL service quality model and TAM factors, and confirming the validity (TLI .930, CFI .982, NFI .965, RMSEA .047) and reliability (Cronbach’s α .786) of the measurement model, followed by structural equation modeling (SEM) and path analysis, which showed that each factor had a high correlation and positive effect, indicating that improving the functionality, design, security, enjoyment, and assurance of SSTQUAL service quality model and the perceived usefulness and ease of use in TAM can increase acceptance of NICE+.
