Small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia in modern conditions of digitalization and global challenges, as a platform for increasing human resources
This article examines the main trends and prospects for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia at the current stage of digitalization of the economy and global challenges, analyzes key problems and opportunities, and also proposes measures to further improve state policy in this area. The role of small and medium-sized businesses in attracting human resources and creating additional jobs is also analyzed, thereby reducing the unemployment rate in the country. State policy is aimed at creating favorable conditions for doing business, simplifying administrative procedures, developing an infrastructure to support entrepreneurs and providing access to financial resources. At the same time, entrepreneurship faces serious challenges associated with increased competition, digitalization of the economy and the need to improve management efficiency. Entrepreneurship is a creator of jobs. Small businesses are often more flexible and able to quickly respond to market changes, creating new jobs even in an unstable economic environment. This is especially important in regions with high unemployment, where large companies are not always willing to invest resources.
