Personnel for the region’s creative industries

The article is devoted to the study of staffing needs of creative industries in the Sverdlovsk region. In the conditions of economic transformation and changing industrial benchmarks, creative industries are becoming an important tool for diversification and development of regions. The paper considers theoretical approaches to the formation of human resources potential, examines the key competencies required by specialists, and offers recommendations for improving educational programs, creating the infrastructure of creative hubs and the development of intersectoral interaction. Special attention is paid to the integration of local cultural identity and international experience to form a sustainable regional creative ecosystem.
