Understanding ionic screening effect in hybrid perovskite transistors based on capacitance and polarizability of the dielectric

Ionic screening effect in hybrid perovskite transistors is investigated based on the capacitance and polarizability of the gate dielectric. Suppressed ionic motion and screening effect is achieved in hybrid perovskite-polymer semiconducting channel.
