MECHANISMS FOR STABILIZING THE FUNCTIONING OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES BASED ON CRISIS MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES
The article investigates the mechanisms for stabilizing the functioning of industrial enterprises located in the peaceful regions of Ukraine under the conditions of full-scale war. The relevance of the study is driven by the need to ensure the economic resilience of enterprises operating under pressure from energy instability, disrupted logistics, and labor shortages. Five key stability factors are identified: workforce stability, energy security, financial resilience, logistical accessibility, and technological adaptability. Based on open data sources, a model for quantitative assessment of enterprise stability is proposed using an integral index. A graphical model illustrating the interrelations between stabilization factors is developed. The calculated stability index for enterprises in peaceful regions stands at 6.60 out of 10, indicating a moderate level of resilience. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a crisis stabilization mechanism adapted to the conditions of regional overload, mobilization-related losses, and transformational pressure caused by wartime disruptions. Practical recommendations are proposed for managers and local authorities to strengthen the systemic resilience of industrial enterprises through strategic adaptation, resource mobilization, and institutional cooperation. Keywords: crisis management, stabilization mechanisms, industrial enterprises, economic resilience, peaceful regions of Ukraine.
