An Advanced UX Framework for NFT Distribution Platforms Grounded in Art Valuation

The objective of this study is to propose a UX framework based on service requirements, utilising quantitative and qualitative NFT art valuation and algorithms. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, a comprehensive functional survey and analysis of both domestic and international NFT art platforms was conducted, alongside a detailed analysis of the requirements of the relevant stakeholders, including artists, curators, art dealers and collectors. Secondly, the core and success factors for quantitative evaluation were analysed using Delphi and AHP analysis, and a quantitative value evaluation model was proposed. Thirdly, we investigated and analysed NFT platform service scenarios to derive factors based on practicality, and derived elements such as curation models and personalised screen design guidelines necessary for the UX framework. The results of this study suggest that UX design based on quantitative evaluation can ensure the reliability, transparency, and sustainability of blockchain-based NFT artworks.
