Use of Modern Systems in the Field of Engineering Analysis to Study Dynamic and Strength Characteristics of Mechanisms
A new method for the integrated use of modern automated engineering analysis systems to perform kinematic and dynamic analysis, as well as obtain strength characteristics, has been developed and presented. Such a comprehensive automated analysis method allows one to analyze quite complex mechanisms and machines with great accuracy and at the same time in the shortest possible time. Based on a complex methodology, research was carried out in the field of spatial mechanisms, the occurrence of contact stresses, and problems of fracture mechanics of welded structures were considered. The purpose of developing such a methodology is to provide a basis for effective modeling and software use in the development of simulation-based products. The capabilities of modern commercial computer aided design software are experimentally and qualitatively analyzed. The new system approach can be defined as an integrated design technology, since the process of improving the design solution is associated with the analysis and optimization of the product model
