PARAMETRIZANDO POLIEDROS NO ENSINO DE DESENHO TÉCNICO PARA AS ENGENHARIAS
This experimental study analyzes the application of parametric modeling as a didactic-pedagogical resource for teaching the representation and visualization of polyhedrons.The experiment compared results before and after students modeled prisms and pyramids parametrically in a Technical Drawing course, from Civil Engineering and Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, in 2023.The quantitative and qualitative results addressed the effectiveness of parametric modeling as a teaching tool, which facilitates the understanding of concepts, promotes active learning based on reflection-in-action, and contributes to updating educational practices in engineering and related areas.
