It also conducts an analysis of the existing problems in current English teaching in higher vocational colleges. Including the uneven English proficiency of students, the low utilization rate of multimedia resources, the insufficient understanding of multimedia technology by teachers, and the monotonous teaching forms, etc. Through the teaching practice of the control class, this study is committed to enriching curriculum resources and constructing a systematic teaching approach. Promote the application of multimodal teaching models and optimize instructional design; Formulate digital teaching standards, improve the curriculum evaluation system, and ultimately construct a multimodal teaching system for higher vocational English with multimodal resource integration as the core, thereby promoting the all-round development of students in terms of knowledge, skills, and abilities.
