DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN URBAN DESIGN IN THE ERA OF THE FIFTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

The relevance of this problem lies in the fact that it is a key factor for building the cities of the future – cities that will be not only functional and efficient, but also environmentally sustainable, socially inclusive, and oriented towards human well-being. The integration of innovative technologies into urban design allows us to respond to modern challenges of urbanization and create an environment that adheres to the principles of the Fifth Industrial Revolution. The main goal of the article is to create human-centric, sustainable, and resilient cities. This includes: 1) improving the quality of life; 2) environmental sustainability; 3) economic development; 4) social inclusiveness; 5) adaptability and resilience to challenges; 6) effective city management. Research methods. Structural-system and structural-functional analyses are widely used to analyze the development of innovative technologies in the field of city design in the era of the Fifth Industrial Revolution. Research into the development of innovative technologies in the field of city design in the era of the Fifth Industrial Revolution requires a multifaceted approach focused on human-centricity and sustainability, which will provide a complete and reliable understanding of the complex interaction between technologies, the urban environment, and society. Research result. Industry 5.0 is an industrial revolution with a human focus. It is an evolution that supports human creativity and complements it with mechanical efficiency, creating an ecosystem where people and machines work together more productively to quickly solve complex problems. It is capable of significantly mitigating the problems faced by Industry 4.0. In Industry 5.0, the human factor becomes the main priority. The scientific community firmly supports the values of Industry 5.0's sustainability, and current research offers early insights into how this agenda can contribute to sustainable development. Conclusions. Each stage of the industrial revolution brings significant changes in technology, economy, and society. Understanding these stages helps not only to comprehend the past but also to predict the future development of industry and technology.
