METHODS OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the fact that in modern public administration, which operates in the conditions of significant turbulence and dynamic changes, the effectiveness of the authorities depends directly on the quality of management decisions. In complex processes that take place in the public administration and administration system, information becomes a key element of effective decision -making and policy. The nature of public administration requires a strategic approach to the use of information. The relevance of this study is conditioned by the need for scientific substantiation of principles and approaches to the formation of a complex system of information and analytical support (IAZ). The work aims to reveal the theoretical foundations and offer methodological approaches to the creation of a system that will allow you to transform disparate data into valuable knowledge to support sound, transparent and managerial decisions oriented.The purpose of this study is to analyze and systematize theoretical provisions, as well as to develop practical methodological recommendations for the formation of effective IAZ, which would help to improve the quality of management decisions in the public sector.The research methodology includes the analysis of scientific literature on the basic theoretical and methodological approaches of formation of information and analytical support; Methods of structural and functional analysis, system-analytical methods, forecasting and modeling.The purpose of the study and methodology of work led to the use of general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, abstraction, classification.The results of the study emphasize the need to use modern technologies and innovative data analysis tools to improve the quality and speed of decision-making in public administration. The main tasks of the information and analytical support system are outlined, including: the choice of reliable sources of information, ensuring information interaction in the authorities, development of ways of response to problematic situations, etc. It is concluded that the effective system of IAZ is the foundation of modern public administration. It provides objectivity, transparency and efficiency of decisions made, reducing risks and increasing confidence in government institutions.
