REFLEXIVE-ROLE ACTIVATION OF HIGHER SCHOOLGRADUATES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONALCOMPETENCE

The author's approach of using reflexive-role activation of higher school graduates is proposed, which essence is based on the ideas of inseparable unity of the inner world (emotions, motives, cognitive sphere) and the outer world - this is the role behaviour, actions, deeds. The author proposed three types of reflexivity: developmental reflexivity aimed at intersubjectivedialogic interaction; imperative reflexivity aimed at masking the real reality and devaluing one's own Self; manipulative reflexivity is aimed at protecting the egocentric self. The potential of the proposed model of reflective role activity in the development of professional competence is determined by therapeutic, didactic, methodical and professionally oriented education.
