FORMATION OF NORMATIVE-VALUE ATTITUDES AS APREREQUISITES FOR BECOMING A POSITIVE SUCCESSFULPERSONALITY

The article highlights key aspects of the impact of formation of normative-value attitudes as a prerequisites for becoming a positive successful personality. The deepening of the society fragmentation, fuzziness of traditional (political, social, family, etc.) groups, the unquestionable identification of social recognition with success, they all contribute to the crisis states of an individual, and, in particular, to the long periods ofloneliness. The future personality should get help in forming the inner state of inclusion into the world for unlocking his creative potential, and, namely, creativity. It’s necessary to teach a person how to take the world as a whole, basing on the knowledge of the general connection between things and phenomena of the universe that affect the individual worldview. Today it’simportant to form the need for creative transformation of the world and its improvement, and this implies the development of such personality traits as empathy, altruism and love by enriching human role repertoire.The modern person should try to develop a positive normative-value attitude and confront, if he meets them, the manifestations of injustice towards others. It’s necessary to cultivate such feelings and aspirations that will encourage him to obey the laws of society. Formation of personal integrity as a system is reflected in the unity of separate constituents of being. For ensuring individual harmony and for the sake of positive successful growth, one should define development determinants for the particular individual, and form the need for a holistic life, that includes various spheres of being. Therefore, today, the study of the formation of normative-value attitudes as a prerequisite for becoming a positive successful personality is a promising area of activity for a practical psychologist.
