IoT-Enabled Underwater Wireless Communication for Seafarers

An underwater wireless network for seafarers was suggested by this research. To provide effective communication and data monitoring in underwater conditions, the network makes use of a variety of parts and technologies. The network’s power source runs at 5V, guaranteeing that the chosen components are compatible. The MAX30100 sensor is used because of its capacity to capture data with accuracy and dependability. To detect and track gas levels underwater, a gas sensor is also included. In order to regulate data processing and transmission inside the network, the Arduino Uno microcontroller and NodeMCU are used as central processing units. The integration of temperature, humidity, and sound sensors allows for thorough environmental monitoring. In order to provide warnings and notifications in response to certain sensor readings, a buzzer is included. The Blynk app serves as an interface for remotely viewing and managing the network’s data. These elements work together to provide an efficient underwater wireless network for seafarers, improving safety in underwater conditions and enabling real-time monitoring.
