Research on Access Control and Data Analysis for Data Sharing in Medical Network Systems

The medical network system necessitates appropriate access control strategies to safeguard the security of medical data storage and sharing. The emergence of blockchain has shed new light on the field of access control, offering an effective solution to the challenge of third - party trust deficiency. However, the majority of current research simply employs blockchain as a filter and manager for access control to boost the security of data sharing. Insufficient attention has been paid to the research and formulation of access control policies per se and the protection of users' access to data. Consequently, it fails to effectively meet the practical requirements of data sharing in the medical network system. In response to this issue, this paper presents an access control strategy named T-RBAC (Trust RBAC) for medical privacy - oriented data sharing, which is based on the consortium blockchain. This strategy is a composite approach that integrates Paillier homomorphic encryption, user trustworthiness, and RBAC policies. Through the T-RBAC permission management, which is based on the calculation of user trustworthiness, the system's access control authority is acquired. Subsequently, according to the user roles, the T-RBAC data analysis strategy based on Paillier homomorphic encryption is invoked for data analysis, thus enabling effective data acquisition. In the simulation experiments, a user - role acquisition detection mechanism is established. Based on user behavior, the user trustworthiness is updated when the penalty coefficient is set at 0.3, enhancing the security of data acquisition. Meanwhile, medical data researchers utilize the medical data analysis strategy. Without obtaining the plain - text data, they can achieve effective data analysis through threshold comparison, further strengthening the security of medical privacy data significantly.
