Revolutionizing Application Onboarding with Gen AI: A Step by Step Guide Using Cloud

With the widespread development of large-scale complex enterprise applications, customer onboarding has become a crucial challenge. This paper presents an end-to-end guide for building a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) application leveraging cloud services to simplify and accelerate the application onboarding experience for customers. The proposed GenAI application in this paper addresses the challenges of application onboarding complexity faced by less tech-savvy customers, lengthy onboarding processes, lack of clear instructions, troubleshooting, and changes to the onboarding process due to the evolving nature of applications. While the paper outlines a workflow using Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud provider indexing service and large language model (LLM), the principles and methodology can be applied using similar services of other cloud providers as well. Furthermore, the paper presents statistics on the increasing adoption of GenAI by the enterprises, emphasizing its overall potential to transform the enterprise solutions. It also talks about democratization of GenAI services and how these can be utilized to build GenAI applications.
