Optimal power flow of combined heat and power economic dispatch incorporating with wind-solar using evolutionary approach
The objective of this paper is to establish Combined Heat and Power Economic Dispatch using Probabilistic Optimal Power Flow studies with detailed analysis of the system. In modern days, the economic dispatch is being aimed or targeted amongest all the power producers and supplier in the world so as to generate and deliver the power at each consumer’s door step economically with minimum carbon foot print. Further in the study below, we have consider the IEEE 57 BUS system with 7 numbers of generator buses and balance 50 numbers of load or slack buses. In detail study we will initially consider all the generator buses based on thermal power generation unit and re-consider in the follow up study with the outcome based on 3 numbers of thermal power generation system unit being replaced by one Wind power generation system unit and two Photovoltaic Solar power generation unit. Moreover, the efficiency and cost effective power generation considering minimum carbon emission is always targeted by the power producers but reliability of the system may be considered with highest priority with minimum transmission loss, voltage deviation and utmost stability of the system under any adverse conditions.
