Ontology Construction Method Based on Concept Lattice Under Symmetric Formal Context
To address the issue of ignoring the internal relationships of ontology data during the ontology construction process, which leads to problems in extracting implicit concepts and relationships, the symmetric formal context is introduced into the ontology construction process. Approach takes into account the characteristics of internal data relationships to mine more implicit concepts and relationships between concepts, and to generate both hierarchical and nonhierarchical relationships of ontology concepts. First, under the symmetric formal context, the In-close4 algorithm is improved to fully calculate the ontology concepts. This algorithm is improved to fully calculate formal concepts while enhancing computational efficiency. The Scott topology is introduced into the concept lattice to generate a hierarchical structure matrix. By utilizing the hierarchical structure matrix, all connected paths from the bottom-level concepts to the top-level concepts are obtained, thereby realizing the generation of hierarchical relationships of ontology concepts. Association rules based on preconditions is proposed. By analyzing the relationship between the number of attributes and support, frequent concept nodes are identified. Then, using the original attribute relationships as preconditions to filter out irrelevant node relationships, the generation of redundant relationships is reduced. This method mines the implicit relationships between attributes and realizes the generation of nonhierarchical relationships of concepts.
