Gratitude: a psychological exploration of the impact on mental health and interpersonal relationships
Gratitude is a positive emotion and a crucial practice for enhancing mental health and strengthening interpersonal relationships. Psychological studies have shown that expressing gratitude increases life satisfaction, reduces stress and anxiety, and helps build stronger and more empathetic relationships. In the context of mental health, gratitude supports the management of negative emotions and promotes overall well-being. Socially, it fosters communication, strengthens trust, and facilitates cooperation. This paper explores the multidimensional impact of gratitude and highlights the importance of incorporating it into daily life.
